Despite today's crisis involving world economies Crestani managed to raise sales figures almost double digits with export shares exceeding 75% of the Company turnover. Not only did Crestani break thru' new export markets but the company has also set new targets for the years to come. Significantly enough, a diversification as a General Policy for Growth is currently underway. There are fine distinctions between diversification in response to specific opportunities, diversification to solve problems of demand, and diversification as a general policy for growth. Diversification - the production of innovative products - is the obvious course of action for Crestani in the years to follow. In other words, a business grows organically when the company uses internal funds and more importantly fully-fledged personnel whose experience could trigger added value in terms of company revenue and set fresh operational standards. In a competitive and technologically progressive industry a company specialising in added value products can certainly maintain its position especially when associated with rapid innovation.
